Description
This onsite course lasts approximately 4-days and is designed to prepare you to take the certification exams. This combination certification examination preparation is for the Machine Lubricant Analyst Level I, II or III compliant with ISO 18436-4 and the Machinery Lubrication Technician Level I or II. The MLA ® develops competency for daily activities associated with lubrication tasks and basic lubricant analysis for machine condition monitoring, contamination control and problem detection. The MLT ® is for those responsible for daily lubrication tasks, including oil changes, top-ups, greasing bearings, lubricant receiving and proper storage and care of lubricants and dispensing devices. For higher levels (II & II), additional assignments and instruction will be provided. The basic course outline is as follows:
