Account Access Notice
To protect our students, certifications, course materials, and learning platform, 5th Order Industry employs advanced security measures that monitor login activity and block suspected unauthorized access attempts.
In some cases, legitimate users may be temporarily blocked after multiple unsuccessful login attempts. This is particularly common when using shared internet connections, mobile networks, VPN services, password managers with outdated credentials, or internet providers that route multiple users through the same public IP address.
If you have been blocked, please do not be alarmed. This does not necessarily indicate a security issue with your account. In most cases, the block is temporary and results from our security system acting to protect the platform.
Before contacting support, please try the following:
• Verify that you are using the correct username and password.
• Update any saved passwords in your browser or password manager.
• Disconnect from any VPN service and try again.
• Wait 15–30 minutes and attempt to log in again.
• Use the password reset feature if you are unsure of your password.
If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact support and provide your name, email address, approximate login time, and location so we can assist you promptly.
Thank you for your understanding as we work to maintain a secure learning environment for all students.
